Your purchase includes free updates for the v1.x series. Major version upgrades (v2 and later) may require a paid upgrade.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us via the order page linked in your purchase confirmation email.
AI Mosaic Tool is an editing-assist tool for size calculation using the product's FANZA-oriented safety preset (max(20px, long side // 100)), tracking a user-selected target, and H.264 matte export. It does not guarantee that every target will be detected or covered; detection may miss or be incomplete. It does not replace the review or approval decisions of any platform. You are solely responsible for verifying that your output meets all applicable regulations and laws before publishing or distributing it.
You agree to use the software only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, including the handling of processed footage, complies with all applicable laws.
You retain all rights to the video and media you process with the software. Because all AI processing happens on your device, we never receive, access, or claim any license to your footage.
Intellectual property rights in the parts of the software owned by Unseelie Lab remain with Unseelie Lab. The license grants a right to use those parts and does not transfer ownership.
Rights in third-party open-source software, trained models, and other components remain with their respective owners and are governed by their applicable licenses. Those licenses and notices are included in the third-party notices supplied with the software.
Except as permitted by law or an applicable third-party license, you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the parts owned by Unseelie Lab. These terms do not restrict rights granted under the licenses of third-party components.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your particular requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unseelie Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
The software processes video and media on your device. Video frames are never uploaded to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Unseelie Lab regarding AI Mosaic Tool.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
